ZESTY BEAN BURRITOS

2 can pinto beans with liquid

1 medium onion chopped (or ½ C dried minced onion)

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp cumin

¼ tsp cayenne pepper


Combine all Cook on low for 5-7 hours

Mash beans and serve with warm flour tortillas, sour cream and cheese.
